Been taking tablets for 6 days now and feeling pretty good so far. I had a stomach bug just before the tablets arrived but not picked up any germs since. hope it stays this way!! Taking 2 with breakfast and lunch and 2 with tea. They taste vile by the way haha

Still feel pretty tired so will be interesting to see if any improvement in a few weeks.bye for now
