I have had a few days off the tablets as had a terrible bout of diahhorea on Thursday and only thing I could think that I was doing differently was taking the Bio-Strath but no-one else has reported this so maybe it was just a one-off (although my partner is also taking it and he got the diahhorea on Friday so we were scared and didnt want to be caught short in the pub on Friday night!!!!).  I will start taking the tablets again tomorrow and hope for better things to come!
