Not impressed. I never used to give in to the germs this easily. I think my extended maternity leave has left me more prone to the kids sneezing and coughing all over me than before. Hopefully the Bio Strath will help build up my immunity again. Each cold, etc does seem to shift pretty quickly, so that could be due to the tablets ??
