Im back to taking the Bio-Strath 2 tablets twice a day before lunch and tea – after being poorly with various things after stopping the tablets I am feeling positive that the tablets will help prevent me getting cold and give me a better sense of well being which I need!  I will continue to take them and look forward to them kicking in!
