Better Late Than Never

A bit later than everyone else, only just started taking the tablets. I got knocked down with the start of an horrendous cold a couple of days ago, so I figured it might help me back on the road to recovery. If anyone’s got any good, natural cold remedies, give me a shout. Strepsils and Lemsip really don’t do it for me.
Is it weird that I really like the smell of these pills?
the thing is,you wont need any cold remedies if you take the bio. i think it just wards off any bugs. i am sure that if you continue with them you will agree. good luck. dont miss the opportunity.
Thanks Dorothy, I wasn’t sure if the tablets would just work as a preventative like Echinacea or they’d get rid of a cold that had already started. I’m keeping my fingers crossed and taking vitamin+zinc as well just to make sure. And eating lots of garlic and ginger, yummy! But not together of course!
