I can’t believe I haven’t yet succumbed to my 4 year old son’s cold. He’s been ill since last Tuesday, suffering from a high temperature, a chest infection, sore ears, sore head, sore tummy; you name it, it’s sore! Our GP has given him antibiotics which are starting to kick in but, since I’m with him all the time, I felt sure I’d probably catch whatever he has too. I usually do.

Strangely, I feel fine. Although my throat has been a little bit scratchy and I felt a bit on the chilly side last night, today I feel pretty much normal.

Is it Bio-Strath? I don’t know but something seems to be working at building up my immunity.
