Week 3 of trial and still not picked up any colds/bugs since I started taking them. Was worried I was getting something last night as I had that thing when you just can’t get warm but feel fine today.

I’ve been feeling more alert, especially at work and getting lots of praise for my work – which is nice and makes a change haha.

It’s been a stressful few months with flat/tenant issues and having no money and I did feel run down but Bio-Strath seems to be helping me through it. Roll on end of month when I have new tenant and rent coming in.
