My Bio-Strath arrived today, in tablet form. I think that I prefer the tablets as it will be easy to take before each meal, as suggested. I wont have to worry about measuring out or counting drops, as I would expect to do with the elixir.

I will start taking the tablets at lunch time today. It is suggested that I take 2 tablets, 2 to 3 times a day before meals. I will start by taking them twice a day and see how I get on. I may consider taking them 3 times a day on the days when I feel like I need a boost.

I have nearly recovered from the cold I had a week ago, but still have the odd coughing fit. The Bio-Stath will hopefully help me fight off the tail end of it.
