So my Bio-Strath has arrived, have taken the first tablet (washed down with a starbucks vanilla latte not sure if thats healthy!!) looking forward to seeing if this will work. I am a yoga bunny, but my late hours, late night lifestyle sometimes leaves me feeling run down and fluey so hopefully this will be the cure. Looking forward to finding out!
