I’ve decided to take the 60 day challenge to see whether Biostrath gives me a boost.

I’ve started a new job recently as a Benefits Assessor and I’m 3 months into my 6 month probation period. There’s a lot of information to take in and a lot of working at a computer. By the end of the week I’m usually pretty tired.

I already take Berocca once a day and this seems to help (it makes me have a glass of water in the morning at any rate).

I figured there’s no harm in trying something else as well.

Took my first tablets this morning and will see what happens
