Been taking the tablets for the last 5 days, not sure if there are any significant changes but I’ve managed to survive a stressful week and I’m feeling a little more awake.

One thing I’ve noticed is that I’ve been eating less but I don’t whether that’s because of the tablets or not. Would be good if it was, need to shift a little excess Christmas weight.
