I have not been on here for a while, but February was a great month. I have more energy – think this does take a month to take effect.

Have had no colds, skin feels better and I am generally feeling less tired, managing to go to the gym despite long hours at work. This seems to be doing the trick.

I am so pleased, have been telling the office all about this.
