I must admit, at the beginning of the Bio-Strath challenge I wasn’t sure how  much of my initial enthusiasm was  just me trying to see the good in it, but as time has gone by I can’t help but acknowledge that I am definitely and undoubtedly feeling the benefits.

I’m sleeping soundly through the night (which is something I haven’t done for a very long time) and I awaken feeling very refreshed and full of energy! My skin, which I was grumbling about just a few weeks back, is also feeling the effects as it has improved greatly – probably because I am so much more rested. I’m more energetic during the day and have taken up walking again and best of all, since beginning the challenge, even though most of my family have suffered from a series of seemingly never-ending coughs and colds, I haven’t yet come down with anything!

Needless to say, I’m very impressed.

I realised today that I only have three days left of my 60 day supply – and funnily enough my last day on the challenge will be my birthday! Given that I’ve found it so very effective, and seeing how easily Bio-Strath has become part of my daily routine I’ve decided to continue to take it even after the trial finishes.

All I’m left wondering now is whether I should start my children on it too (I just need to check out if there is a children’s version first!) as they’re the ones catching colds and I’m not!
