First of all, I scoured the information enclosed with the tablets to check that I could take the tablets while breastfeeding – answer YES ! Yayyy you’d be surprised at how many things that are good for you are advised against while breastfeeding.

I’d read that it would take a few days before you’d notice any changes to your general state of health/well-being so I wasn’t expecting to notice any great changes. Also, I admit to being totally sceptical about most health supplements so I was actually surprised to see that, after a broken night’s sleep with baby Pierre waking up 3 times on Sunday night, plus having to get back into the routine of being up at 6am to get ready for work, I wasn’t dead on my feet at the end of the day like I usually am. Results of the tablets or pure coincidence ? Not sure but if it IS the tablets, I’m well impressed. To be continued …
