I’ve been a bit rubbish and I forgot to take any pills at all Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I got back on track yesterday and I’ll do my best to remember to take them. Woke up with a bit of a sore throat today – first time felt any sort of illness since I started taking Bio Strath.  Will keep you updated.
