have decided to go onto the maximum dose, so am now taking 2 tablets 3 times a day. Still not exactly on top form, but feeling a bit better and I have managed to avoid antibiotics. Nearly at the end of my first week, so I suppose it’s a bit too soon to expect miracles, but I think I am probably recovering faster than I normally would. Here’s hoping!
