Don’t know if it’s the Bio Strath that helped or not but my bout of sickness lasted a much shorter time than I expected. It was my first ever time with a coldsore but my hubby gets loads and even he was amazed at how quickly mine cleared up (it’s almost gone now), especially as it was so huge and swollen to begin with. The sickness only lasted a day but there seem to be a lot of 24-hour bugs going around so that might have nothing to do with the tablets! I’m not 100% but I am feeling a lot better than I was, compared to the start of the week!
