it’s half term and at some point or other this week my grandchildren have been to stay …. great fun!  but, without doubt exhausting. however, feeling pretty good and it is almost the end of a very busy week. I have been taking the elixir three times daily and so far, so good. feel quite energetic considering the hustle-bustle of having all the children running around. two of them have had sniffles and one just a little off colour one day but so far, (fingers crossed) i seem to have managed to avoid catching anything. i have a busy month ahead so it will be interesting to see how this goes. it is now two weeks since i started on this trial and i am (cautiously) impressed.
