Well, it’s day one of a sixty day challenge conducted by Bio-Strath whose product, Bio-Strath Elixir, claims to “boost the immune system, enhance vitality and even to improve general well-being”. Anything that could help improve my compromised immune system was worth a try so I agreed to take part.

I am not one for trailing the aisles of health food shops, a good diet is more my thing, but sometimes, as when I developed a thyroid problem 5 or 6 years ago, even that was not enough. These days I am the first to catch any bugs that are around and infuriatingly, the last to recover. VERY FRUSTRATING!

I am quite active, love nothing more than good day on the fells with my rambling friends and generally having fun with my four gorgeous grandchildren.

I am more than keen to take part in this trial and would be delighted to see any improvement.
