I am really starting to feel a difference. I have a lot more energy and although I have a niggly sore throat, it has stayed as that, whereas lots of people I know have suffered a lot more. I actually seem to be fighting it off! This is almost unheard of for me, as I usually go from one bug to the next without my immune system getting chance to recover. If bio-strath can make such a difference in only one month, then I am a convert!
