I definitely think the tablets are working. It has been a very tough, stressful week and I am feeling a bit below par but have not succumbed to the really bad cold my boys have. It feels as if my ‘base line’ has moved, I still have good days and bad days but the troughs no longer dip so low, and ‘normal’ is better than it was before. Generally, I have more energy and spend much less time feeling like I just want to stop the world and get off.
