Well, I’ve not had a cold in over a month, which is the first time since last summer! A couple of times I felt like I was going to get one, but managed to fight it off, excellent! I am feeling full of energy and in good health at the moment. I did experience slight bloating and reduced the amount of tablets I was taking, just in case they were the cause. I’m slightly sensitive to yeast so taking less has helped with the bloating, yet my immune system still seems much better.  All in all I’m a happy Bio-Strather!
