As I work full time plus having a 5 year old I feel quite stressed and run down 90% of the time so I thought I would give the Bio-Strath tablets a try. I decided on the tablets as I’m not a big fan of medicine.

So this week is the beginning, I’ve had a very stressful week this week already and I’m hoping the tablets will start to take affect pretty quickly.

I’ve taken 2 tablets before breakfast and two before lunch for the past two days. Not noticed anything much yet but I suppose this is where you have to use your patience but I will be interested to know how much affect these tablets will have on my stress levels.
