Less Stressed & Sleeping Better Too

Finally got round to blog. Kept forgetting to take the tablets initially, but glad I persevered.

Lots going on in life at mo. – hasn’t everyone? Seem to be a little less stressed & sleeping better too.

Anything that is a support & is natural is worth a go. Managed to shake a cold off in a few days!

    Really challenging couple of days. On the negative side, my elderly father may now need some support for the future – lives 90 min journey away. He may need to move
    On positive side, my daughter, after long labour & caesarean had her first baby, 9.5lbs. She lives 3 hour journey away!
    A couple of sleep disturbed nights yet fine during the day. Remembered to take Bio Strath throughout – a habit now & glad that I have them.
    Off to see daughter & granddaughter in next couple of days!
