Bit of a sniffle this weekend which happily, did not progress into anything nasty and disappeared after 24 hours.  I continue to keep well at the moment and am managing to avoid catching anything “going around”. I am feeling quite energetic and am about to go off to the lakes for a couple of days (part 1 of my 60th birthday celebrations). This is sure to reinforce my energy levels and I am hoping to get a couple of pleasant (not too strenuous walks in). Will be back friday.
