Met up with two old college friends for lunch yesterday. We try to get together every two to three months but the vagaries and demands of life often intervene with our intentions and it can sometime be longer than this between our ‘meet-ups’. We were all shocked  to realise that nearly nine months have passed since we last got together. However, we made up for lost time and spent a lovely afternoon catching up on each others news.

One of the girls had a heavy cold. She complained to us that she had  tried various remedies but each winter she never seemed to be without the ‘sniffles’.  Before I could tell her of the bio-strath  trial , our other friend told her that she had been taking bio-strath for years and NEVER seemed to catch anything ! Now I am feeling quite opomistic about all this.

Dont know quite whats going on, I have kept germ-free for two plus weeks now and I feel quite energetic, perhaps  its just the snowdrops pushing through in the garden that are helping to lift my spirits too. BUT …  I must say, I feel good.
