Well, my two boxes of Bio-Strath have quite literally just arrived and I’m keen to get started.

The box is a lovely blue and yellow combo and each contains 100 tablets. It’s recommended to take 2 tablets 2-3 times a day before meals which sounds easy enough! However, as I’ve just eaten it looks like I’ll have to wait until later this afternoon before I begin…
