Not logged in for over a week due to continuing hectic celebrations of my 60th. But just to recap, I have a very low immune system and can gaurantee to catch anything (colds, flu bugs, tummy bugs) that might be going around . For this same reason, public travel can be a nightmare and a simple train journey might mean that I am laid low the following day.

Since being part of this trial I have been better than I have been for years! Written down, it seems quite a dramatic claim to make but honestly, when you normally know that just coming into contact (knowingly or otherwise) with someone infected and knowing that the odds of catching the same is pretty much gauranteed, to be well for so long is a VERY BIG DEAL.

Also, I have taken part in this trial at a time when my grandchildren and grown up children have all had, at some stage or other, sore throat, ear and chest infections, to mention but a few, and I have managed to keep well in spite of not just coming into contact with but helping with their care! amazing! fantastic! I am recommending this elixir to all my friend and family. I have just returned from a great trip to Paris (more public transport) and I feel great!
