Well I’m still suffering from a horrid cold and a hacking, chesty cough. Yuck. It probably doesn’t help that I haven’t been eating properly, but it’s just no fun when everything tastes of cardboard. I’ve been taking vitamin c and zinc alongside the Bio Strath so hopefully it’ll get rid of this influx of flem pretty quick.
