Since returning from the Lakes (fabulous break at The Samling), I have not had one night in and although exhausted I’m feeling well apart from tired. Tomorrow we off to Paris for final birthday celebration and although to be up for 5am!! We looking forward to the City of Light! The test will be if I can get to the end of all this merry making without succumbing to something or other. (We shall see) I continue to take the Bio-Strath and I’m convinced that it has made a difference to my general wellbeing. So far I have avoided catching my grandchildren’s coughs and colds and have travelled on ALL kinds of public transport without picking up anything nasty.
