I’ve been taking the biostrath tablets for about 10 days now.

Have not noticed any real difference to be honest but have not caught the cold going round our office (touch wood).

Its difficult for me to correlate my energy levels with taking the tablets – for instance, I feel pretty tired today but went for a hike in the snow over the weekend so am bound to be a bit achey.

Am feeling fine so at the very least Biostrath is not doing me any harm!
