Weekend from hell workwise – totally overdid it (had no choice !) so worked from 8pm-midnight on Friday and Saturday and was up at 6am to finish off on Sunday morning. Result – my first ever coldsore (humungous, looks like I’ve had a double dose of collagen in my top lip !) and a tummy bug. But … I don’t feel tired, surprisingly. Don’t know if that’s down to the Bio-Strath or not though ?!
