Okay so after a break from the Bio-Strath for one reason or another I have started it again today – in the time I havent been taking it I have had  a 7 day cold and a bad bout of sickness and diarrohea so I am hoping to be healthy again with the help of Bio-Strath and wonder if I had kept taking it maybe I wouldnt have had the cold.  I will keep you posted as to progress but I know it takes a few weeks to kick in!  I really need a boost!
