“I was very excited to receive the trial pack through today, but more than a little disappointed when I opened them and saw that they were tablets – and lots of them! Perhaps it was my mistake, but I expected a tonic. From the literature, though, they do do a tonic and would definitely be my preference.

Bio-Strath tablets need to be taken two a day, two or three times a day before meals. I’m not a huge fan of tablets and so I’m a bit nervous because they don’t look coated, but I’ll let you know how (or if!) they go down when I take them before dinner tonight.”
