The Bio-Strath Challenge: My 2 Week Review
I’ve been taking Bio-Strath for just over two weeks now and I thought I should do a quick post to let you all know how I’m getting on.
Surprisingly, I’m finding the tablets fairly easy to remember. It’s just a matter of getting into the habit of popping two of them before breakfast and again before dinner. On a number of occasions I’ve also taken a couple before supper.
To begin with I found them a little difficult to swallow as they are a little on the dry side! However, I’ve perfected my  technique and now take a huge mouthful of water, pop in the tablet/s and gulp them down with another mouthful.
Easy!
They do taste quite yeasty which I guess is to be expected but it’s not unpleasant, just unusual.
2 weeks into the 60 day challenge and I’m beginning to notice I have a little more energy. Although I still feel tired when I get up in the mornings, once I’ve showered and eaten I’m happily on the go all day. I’m even thinking about taking up my daily half hour walk again which I’ve fallen behind on with all the bad weather lately.
So, that’s it. Nothing major to report just yet, but it’s a start and I’m happy to keep taking Bio-Strath to see if my energy continues to improve.
