This is definitely going to be more difficult than I thought. First of all you have to take 2 tablets twice a day. What a pain. I can remember once, when I take some other vitamins etc but twice? Once the day gets going I forget all about it. And – before meals. Another pain, it doesn’t seem to fit in at all. So far I’ve been going four days and for two of those have forgotten to take the tablets before meals so didn’t take them at all. Wonder if it would be better to take them after or not at all?? Oh well think positive. Hope I don’t have to wait too long to see the unbelievable benefits …..although there’s so much needs putting right maybe I’m over-optimistic!!!

At the beginning I found it difficult to remember to take the second (and third doses) but now I put the tablets sitting out on the worktop next to the cooker so I see them as I’m preparing dinner! This has helped me to remember and on the odd occasion that I have still forgotten, I’ve taken them after my meal as I think it’s probably better to take them rather than leave them.
I’m surprised how quickly I’ve felt the benefits after just one month and am excited that I haven’t as yet caught the dreadful cold my little boy has just recovered from – especially given that he sneezed right in my face on a few occasions and was sleeping next to me in bed almost every night that he was ill…
