Ok, so I’m one of those that is never sure if its worth the effort taking these dietary supplements.

The Bio-Strath arrived on Saturday (06/03), I decide to start straight away, I’ve gone for 2 in the morning and 2 with my evening meal. Obiviously there was no magical instant effect, and to be fair that would be an unrealistic hope.

But today is Tuesday (9th), and after a trying night walking the halls dealing with kids and a dog with an upset tummy, I can honestly say I don’t feel as…..tired or irritable as I would normally would after a night of Florence Nightingale impersonating.

I’m finding it hard to believe. Is it possible that after such a short space of time I’m feeling the effects of this precious herbal formula? I don’t know, but I’ll keep you posted…..
