I have been working hard lately – full weekend of overtime and working extra hours this week too – as soon as I get to sit down I am falling asleep and cannot keep my eyes open – thats what getting up at 6am is doing to me!  Hopefully the Bio-Strath tablets will make me feel less tired as they get into my system – I am taking 2 tablets twice a day before lunch and dinner.
