No, not the Bio Strath tablets, they taste well weird. But the stick of Panda liquorice I got sent in the post for blogging. I do love the stuff and I got a stick of mint filled liquorice which is my favourite. Yes, it sounds like an odd combination, but it really works. Thanks!

I have forgotten to take the pills for the past couple of days so I must get back on it if I want to shift this wretched cold and cough.

The clocks go forwards tonight so I’m looking forwards to the longer evenings. The extra daylight plus the Bio Strath should hopefully increase my energy levels.
