I just thought I’d pop on to give you an idea of why I’m doing this. Basically, I have just moved back to the UK from Spain so I’m reaclimatising (in winter brrr) and it also means I’ve had as many flights in the last few months as I usually would have in a few years. Both these things are making me more susceptible to viruses at the moment so felt this would be a good idea. Well, I guess that’s it until I receive the Bio-strath so will post again then.
