1. How long can Bio-Strath be kept?
Storage life is 5 years, even when the bottle has been opened. The colour of the liquid preparation becomes more marked. This has no effect on the quality. Proof of efficacy has been provided for a period of 5 years.

2. How long should it take to feel the benefits of Bio-Strath?
As with many natural products, the effect of Bio-Strath may take up to 3-4 weeks to become apparent dependent on individual circumstances. Bio-Strath can be taken continuously since habitation or overdose is not possible.

3. What is tolerability like?
Tolerability is good. If you are suffering from digestive problems it is a good idea to reduce the dosage temporarily and to dilute the liquid in a little fruit juice.

4. What are the differences between the Tablets and the Elixir?
Both of the preparations are based on the same plasmolysed herbal yeast and have exactly the same action (as demonstrated in clinical trials) The choice between the two is usually down to personal preference.

5. Can Candida sufferers take Bio-Strath?
Yes, because it does not contain live yeast. Tests have shown that Candida cannot survive in the presence of Bio-Strath.

There are no known side effects. Some people find the malt extract, honey and orange juice can cause mild nausea but this can be avoided if taken with meals
